Whiskey Barrel-Aged Barleywine

Our first Luminary Society release of 2024 is a Barleywine, a style revered by brewers and known for malt richness, depth, and strength. This luscious Ale was first brewed in 2021 with a blend of traditional floor-malted grains imported from England, including Pale, Chocolate, Ruby, and Amber Malts. The beer first fermented in stainless steel, before moving to age in two Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels housed at our Cambridge Crossing taproom.
